monday, 20th july - 1.25 am
alot has been happening lately,
some scandalous, some depressing & some wonderful.
not going to be talking about those confidential matters here.
besides all the intense drama,i've not been up to much really.
the only productive thing i have done so far,
is the photoshoot last weekend, saturday.
it's for the website www.kalpakunj.com
the shoot was done in new orleans, jawlakhel.
i hope it comes out good.
anyways,
i came across this picture today

nothing juicy to blog bout yet cause i haven't been having eventful days really.
anyways, me & B went to sundarijal today.
the trip reminded me how refreshing & beautiful nature can be :)
for those who don't know where & what sundarijal is about,
the place was named after the hindu goddess, Sundarimai.
it is located 15 kilometres northeast of Nepal's capital, kathmandu.
sundarijal observes a large number of internal and foreign tourists owing to its natural beauties which includes the waterfalls & rivers and the vegetation.
sundarijal consists of mostly pine, oak, rhododendron,
and other forest types and 129 species of mushrooms.
wildlife recorded in the area include the Himalayan Black bear,
leopard, jungle cat, and rhesus monkey.
the area is inhabited by at least 177 species of birds
including at least nine threatened species,
102 species of butterflies with several endangered species.
along with the enticing nature,
cultural sites such as the temples of sundarimai mandir,
ganesh mandir, & krishna mandir are also well received just as much.

Friday, 10th july <3
the weather was favorable,
for a change it was neither raining mad nor was it scorching hott.
it was just right :)
me & susma went to our ex-college,
to meet our psychology teacher, Mister Sandesh Dhakal.
he is sooo adoreable.
after that we zoomed to USEF which is an education centre that provides students with accurate, reliable & unbiased information on studying in the United States.
if you have not guessed by now,
yes we are both going to be applying for the US for our further studies,
which is why we went there to widen our knowledge on what is required.
also USEF has a library which has all the essential books & materials you need for TOEFL & SATS.
we bought a SATS prep booklet :)
apart from all the serious stuff, we broke a rule.
taking pictures is not allowed in that place apparently,
but as you can see from the pictures below,
we managed to click a few here&there muahahaha!

today was quite eventful .
went there with my younger brother.
ughhhhh i had salmon sashimi there, which was so not fresh. eww.
i DO NOT recommend that place to anyone,
it's overpriced, food sucks & the service is super slow.
total rip off, not worth it at all.
however dessert was very satisfying,
baskin robbins is always worth every penny,
i love ice cream!
we met up with praba darling after the lunch,
& we went to check out the new mall, located beside kumari hall.
CITYCENTRE :)
totally sleeeeeeeeeeek.
they even have those supermarkets inside,
sort of like singapore's.
we ended up buying random stuff,
like rose scented incense sticks
& cholesterol regulator pills.
told you, very random.
after all the haha&hoohoos all around,
we went for a movie, ICE AGE

i totally adore all the characters, choooo cute!
today was a fun day all in all,

just another monday when nothing seem to be exciting & lively anymore.
ahola people :)
today i didn't do much,
me & fatty bhai went out for some work @ newroad,
we nearly reached our destination on time,
when the cops made us turn our cab around.
there were some riots/strikes going on so the road was blocked. so shitty.
THIS IS NEPAL.
it's so frustrating!
they do this stupid rioting/strikes for anything & everything!
they always blow small matters out of proportion,
it's like when they've got a problem,
they make sure it's everyone's problem.
inconsiderate bastards. so fucking frustrating.

i still have not watched the movie 'New york'
because it is not showing in either jai nepal or kumari.
funny thing is, it's showing in gopi krishna which is uhh well, not a quality theatre?

the monsoon season is here, it's been raining every single day.
time to buy some pretty umbrellas & rubber boots x
anyways,
i'm finally going to be out and about tmr.
Rajiv Gurung (ex-producer of image channel) has started up his own company.
and he offered me a music video, so i've got a meeting with him tmr at his office in thapathali.
i hope all goes well with that.
& after that me, prabha & asis might be catching the movie 'NEW YORK' if we get the tix :D
we're probably going to be catching the 3pm show.
after the movie,
i'll be heading towards maitidevi for a partayyyyyy!
it's bishesh a.k.a IMP's birthday :D
tmr will be a more eventful day than all my past three boring days at home put together.
i shall blog afterwards with much more details bout what happened and all.
